Job Description:
As a Technical Lead – Senior .NET Developer at Rite Technologies, you will:
- Lead and guide the development team in designing and implementing robust solutions using ASP.NET with MVC framework.
- Possess or be willing to learn Angular and ASP.NET Core, enhancing your skill set and ensuring the team’s technical growth.
- Utilize mobility experience to contribute to our projects’ user-centric design and functionality.
- Apply your expertise in .NET framework versions (3.5/4.0/4.5) and .NET Core, Restful API, and SOAP, driving technical excellence.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team, encouraging a quick learning ability and adaptability across technologies.
- Oversee the use of Microsoft technologies to design, develop, and implement web applications, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SQL Server, including stored procedures, functions, CTE, and performance tuning, for optimized database operations.
- Provide technical guidance on tasks such as working on .NET with Windows Forms, C#, WCF, and Windows Services applications.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the team in producing high-quality code and innovative design concepts, setting technical standards and best practices.
2. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their growth and professional development.
3. Collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams, ensuring continuous productivity and technical alignment.
4. Drive architectural discussions and decisions, contributing to the design and scalability of applications.
5. Encourage a culture of open feedback, driving improvements through proactive corrective actions.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, promoting exploration of the .NET stack and relevant innovations.
7. Provide guidance for adopting new technologies and tools, facilitating seamless technology integration.
Additional Responsibilities as a Technical Lead:
1. Lead technical design discussions, providing insights into architectural decisions and design patterns.
2. Collaborate closely with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
3. Conduct code reviews, ensuring code quality, consistency, and adherence to coding standards.
4. Plan and prioritize technical tasks, ensuring efficient delivery and alignment with project goals.
5. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth.
Reporting Structure:
This position reports to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) or Tech Manager.
Working Hours:
2:00 pm to 11:30 pm or 11.00 am to 8.00 pm………. as determined by management.
Location:
Conveniently located near Western Express Metro Station & Andheri Station, Andheri East, Mumbai.
Compensation:
Competitive salary based on capabilities. We believe in rewarding the right candidate without
constraints.
Working Days:
5 days a week, Monday to Friday

Senior Android Developer (Java) (4 - 8 years of experience)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Android Developer with 4 to 8 years of expertise in Java Android development. As a Senior Android Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and enhancement of our cutting-edge mobile applications for the Android platform. Your strong grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts, coupled with your extensive Android SDK experience, will contribute to the creation of exceptional user experiences.
Job Description:
1. Lead the development of robust, scalable, and performant Android applications using Java and the Android SDK.
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to deliver innovative and high-quality mobile application features.
3. Apply your deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) principles to create clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
4. Optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences across various devices and screen sizes.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Android development and incorporate them into projects as appropriate.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, employing your problem-solving skills to enhance application stability.
7. Conduct thorough testing in collaboration with QA teams to ensure the quality and reliability of applications before deployment.
8. Lead and participate in code reviews, providing valuable insights to improve code quality and promote effective teamwork.
9. Contribute your knowledge and expertise to continuously enhance the development lifecycle through process improvements and innovative solutions.
10. Mentor junior team members, sharing your experience and best practices to foster their growth and development.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Android app development using Java, with a strong portfolio of published applications on the Google Play Store.
3. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts and their application in software design.
4. Extensive experience with the Android SDK, including UI/UX guidelines, design patterns, and best practices.
5. Proficiency in Java programming language and a track record of delivering high-quality code.
6. Knowledge of Kotlin and Flutter is a plus, but not mandatory.
7. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative development.
8. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tackling technical challenges.
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
10. Experience with .NET REST APIs is advantageous and will be considered a valuable addition.
11. Prior experience in leading development projects and mentoring junior team members is preferred.
